Göteborg Exkursion!

Was für ein Tag! Der erste wirkliche Sonnentag nach zwei Wochen von lauter trüben Aussichten. Natürlich ist es noch kalt, aber wunderschön hier. Und zu meinem Glück, hatten wir heute sogar eine Exkursion: die Entwicklung des schwedischen Wohlfahrtsstaates anhand von Gebäuden in Göteborg! Die Professorin ist wirklich voll der Hammer! Sie hat uns 2 Stunden durch Göteborg geführt und hat uns allerhand interessantes erzählt! Einfach genial. Leider ist der Kurs nun auch schon wieder zu Ende. Ich muss nur noch meine Arbeit schreiben und dann eine Gruppendiskussion mitmachen. Eigentlich traurig, weil es der beste Kurs überhaupt war!

What a wonderful day! It´s been the first real sunny day for two weeks. Of course, it is still a bit cold but extremely nice. We even had an excursion today- how lucky we were: the development of the swedish welfare state shown by buildings all over Gothenburg! I just love the professor; she is just amazing. She took us all over GTB for about two hours and told us about history and anectotes. Just great! Unfortunately, the course is over soon. I just have to deliver a paper and participate in the group discussion... so sad. This has been the best course ever!
